BMW 1 Series in the USA

 

While there are no official plans for the BMW 120d to come to the United States market there is plenty of excitement surrounding the BMW 128i and 135i Coupes and Convertibles.  There was also a great deal of buzz surrounding the BMW Concept 1 Series tii car.

In a few days the January 2008 Detroit Auto show will start and we'll get a better view of the 335d and the X5 diesel cars.  As soon as we have additional information from the Detroit show, will post it here and on our blog/forum.

 

Preliminary Pricing for the BMW 135i Coupe

The 2008 135i Coupe will start at $35,675** in the US market.  The remaining option packages are listed below:

BMW 1 Series Concept Tii

 

With unique body panels and striping kits the BMW Concept 1 Series tii was unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Show in the summer of 2007.

There are no official announcements whether this concept car will be for sale in the USA.  However, based on the consumer feedback on the chat boards, this would be a very popular car if the price was right.
